Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery during overnight shifts
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain production standards
- Document production data and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily output goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety protocols
- Assist in training new team members on processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy for data entry
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment operation
