Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in EMR systems
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort measures
- Perform ECGs, phlebotomy, and point-of-care testing
- Collaborate with RNs on patient care plans and interventions
- Respond to emergency situations following ACLS protocols
- Ensure patient rooms and equipment are sanitized and stocked
Qualifications
- Current Tennessee CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong attention to detail during overnight assessments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Epic EMR systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
