Responsibilities
- Perform assembly, packaging, and quality control checks on products.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all workstations are clean and organized at the end of the shift.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset.
