Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor production schedules and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the night shift crew to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or warehousing is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
