Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor complex assembly and production machinery to ensure optimal output.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and understand technical instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
