Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate heavy machinery and production lines during the night shift.
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues before they escalate.
- Complete accurate shift logs, production reports, and inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM) and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
