Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and logistics operations during the night shift to ensure maximum productivity and safety compliance.
- Manage, train, and mentor a diverse team of night shift associates, conducting shift briefings and end-of-shift reports.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with day-shift management, and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and reduce waste.
- Handle emergency situations and escalations with composure and effective decision-making.
- Perform regular facility inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehousing.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during high-volume periods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
