Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily operations during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime and efficiency.
- Process incoming orders, invoices, and data entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues during off-hours.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on all deliverables to maintain company standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift management team to report on performance metrics and overnight findings.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or operations role is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
