Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and tickets via phone and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Perform technical troubleshooting for internal systems and client accounts during peak night hours.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and seamless handovers.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) through empathetic and effective communication.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer support, call centers, or operations is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional in-office attendance).
