Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain system operations during overnight shifts, ensuring 99.9% uptime
- Respond to critical alerts and incidents with swift, decisive action
- Generate and analyze performance reports for daily handover to day teams
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve cross-functional operational issues
- Implement preventive maintenance protocols to minimize disruptions
- Document all processes and incident reports with precision
- Train backup personnel on standard operating procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in IT operations, logistics, or similar night shift role
- Proficient in monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Datadog) and ticketing systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent written communication for overnight handover documentation
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Experience with incident management frameworks (ITIL)
- High-speed home internet connection required for remote work
