Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee daily logistics operations during the night shift to ensure 100% uptime and efficiency.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and operational tickets via phone and email with high professionalism.
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to transfer critical information and ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including inventory levels, shipment statuses, and incident reports.
- Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks to uphold a secure work environment.
- Assist in training new night shift staff and providing mentorship on standard operating procedures.
- Respond immediately to system alerts and technical anomalies to prevent service disruptions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or operations is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain high productivity levels during night hours.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ERP software experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
