Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the night shift production floor to ensure efficiency and productivity.Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.Train and mentor new team members to ensure high performance standards.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions.Manage staffing levels and handle personnel issues or conflicts effectively.Generate daily reports on production output and quality control metrics.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.Strong ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends.Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management software.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
