Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations and logistics during the night shift to ensure 100% efficiency.
- Manage, mentor, and supervise a diverse team of floor staff and shift leads.
- Enforce strict safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day-shift management for seamless handovers.
- Address and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in real-time.
- Conduct regular shift briefings to align the team on daily goals and performance metrics.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are operational and maintained during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations management or shift supervision.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively in a high-paced, 24/7 operational setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Las Vegas area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Las Vegas regulations and hospitality standards is a plus.
