Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the night shift team to ensure productivity targets are met.

- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct shift briefings, performance reviews, and training sessions for night staff.
- Resolve operational issues in real-time and communicate effectively with day-shift leadership.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse management.
- Proven track record of leading teams during night shifts.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management and inventory control systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
