Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production equipment and machinery during night shifts to ensure continuous workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on products to meet strict company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Document production data, inventory counts, and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and effective communication.
- Identify potential operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as required by daily operational demands.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving is required).
