About the Role:
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that nightly inventory targets are met and that all shipments are processed accurately. We offer a competitive shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package for our night staff.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments during the night shift.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for the morning delivery fleet with precision.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of stock levels and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality.
- Legal: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
