Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight shifts, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
- Assist physicians with clinical procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate patient flow between emergency and inpatient departments during night hours
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment for overnight operations
- Respond to patient inquiries and emergencies with calm professionalism

- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in hospital or urgent care setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills for patient and family interactions
- Proficient in electronic health record systems (EPIC preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
