Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care assistance in clinical and home settings
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities and mobility support
- Administer medications under provider supervision
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols

Qualifications
- Current CNA or medical assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills
- Background check and drug screen required
- Immediate availability for day/night/weekend shifts
