Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on complex manufacturing equipment and assembly lines.
- Monitor production output to identify bottlenecks or quality deviations and implement corrective measures immediately.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company quality standards during night operations.
- Document technical data, maintenance logs, and production reports with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to communicate system issues and schedule necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with 5S standards.
- Assist in training junior technicians on standard operating procedures and safety gear usage.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical maintenance role.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively during night shifts.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
