Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift production operations ensuring quality standards and efficiency targets
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and equipment operation
- Monitor assembly lines and troubleshoot technical issues in real-time
- Conduct quality control inspections using precision measurement tools
- Maintain accurate production logs and shift handover documentation
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless workflow transition
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase output
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years manufacturing or industrial experience required
- Ability to operate CNC machinery and precision measurement instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Flexible availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
