Responsibilities
- Monitor production machinery and assembly lines to ensure optimal performance and output.
- Perform routine quality control checks and document production data accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify and report potential equipment malfunctions or material defects immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Keep workstations organized and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
