Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move stock and materials throughout the facility.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and prevent damage.
- Pick, pack, and label customer orders with precision and speed to meet daily quotas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or logistics is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliable transportation is a must.
