Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional teams during peak hours
- Implement safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards
- Process documentation and shipping/receiving records
- Resolve logistical issues with minimal supervision
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (flexible scheduling)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
