Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor server performance and resolve overnight technical incidents to ensure 99.9% uptime.
  • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support via phone and remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
  • Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system backups during off-peak hours.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for internal staff.
  • Document all support tickets and maintain accurate logs in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.

Kualifikasi

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk environments.
  • Proven experience working the night shift or rotating schedules is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
