Responsibilities

- Perform routine server maintenance and security patches.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document issues and implement solutions.
- Ensure data backup integrity and recovery procedures are followed.
- Respond to emergency alerts and escalate critical incidents promptly.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Valid driver's license (not required for remote roles, but available).
