Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during night hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote and on-site staff.
- Perform scheduled backups and system updates.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Ensure strict adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or help desk.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
