- Resolve high-priority technical tickets and system outages with minimal downtime.
- Perform scheduled system backups, patches, and security updates.
- Document technical procedures, incident reports, and troubleshooting logs.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team during critical handover protocols.
- Ensure strict compliance with IT security policies and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a technical support or system administration role.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
