Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor system performance and respond to critical alerts during off-peak hours.
- Assist clients via phone and ticketing systems to resolve technical queries efficiently.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations and handovers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or a related technical field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and network protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
