Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor server systems and network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues via phone and remote access tools.
- Perform routine system backups and security patching outside of peak hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or Technical Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a quiet environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
