Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems during night hours.
- Resolve incoming technical support tickets and user issues with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security audits.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to hand over unresolved issues and provide detailed reports.
- Ensure data integrity and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Assist in hardware installation and software troubleshooting for internal staff.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
