Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of local area networks and server systems 24/7.
- Resolve technical issues via ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira) with minimal supervision.
- Perform routine hardware installations, updates, and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Conduct nightly security audits and patch management to prevent vulnerabilities.
- Provide exceptional remote and on-site technical support to distributed teams.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the central knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM or similar).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid night shift environment.
