Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including patching and backups, to ensure system integrity.
- Respond to critical help desk tickets escalated from the day shift team.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement long-term solutions for recurring night-time issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic networking protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
