Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain company servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure during night shift hours
- Provide remote technical support to employees across the US via phone, chat, and ticketing systems
- Execute system updates, patches, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues and implement effective solutions
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in ITSM platforms
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Conduct regular system health checks and performance optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/network troubleshooting
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Exceptional communication skills for remote technical support
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
