Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for enterprise systems via remote channels
- Monitor and resolve critical infrastructure alerts during overnight hours
- Execute system patches, updates, and maintenance during off-peak times
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles with precision
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems and communication platforms
- Conduct security vulnerability assessments and remediation tasks
- Maintain 99.9% system uptime through proactive monitoring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience in night shift environments
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proven experience with remote monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Datadog)
