Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2/3 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage and patch operating systems and security protocols for internal clients.
- Handle password resets, account access requests, and user provisioning.
- Document all incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system (ServiceNow/Jira).
- Collaborate with the day shift team during shift handovers to ensure seamless continuity.
- Enforce strict security policies and access controls during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Must be available to work a full-time night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
