Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools and on-site assistance.
- Monitor server health, patch management, and system performance overnight to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform regular backups, security audits, and data integrity checks during off-peak hours.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN connections, printers, and cloud applications for remote staff.
- Document technical resolutions and update the knowledge base with solutions for the day shift team.
- Collaborate with the Security Operations Center (SOC) to identify and mitigate potential cyber threats.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) and remote monitoring tools.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
