As a Night Shift IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our 24/7 operations. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues after hours, ensuring our internal systems remain secure and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone and remote desktop.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor server performance and security alerts during the night shift.
- Manage password resets and user account access requests.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (e.g., TeamViewer, RDP).
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing and able to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
