Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security patching, and server monitoring during off-hours.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects and critical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with non-technical users.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN) is required.
