Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, cloud services, and security protocols
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues for enterprise clients and internal teams
- Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams during handover periods
- Implement system updates and patches during maintenance windows
- Conduct user training for after-hours support procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or on-call rotation
- Expert knowledge of Windows/macOS/Linux systems and network infrastructure
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proficiency in remote support tools (TeamViewer, SCCM, Splunk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and client interactions
- Valid California driver's license for occasional on-site visits
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
