Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, availability, and security for critical infrastructure.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and backups during off-peak hours.
- Respond to and resolve help desk tickets with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transitions and handovers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or System Administration.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows and Linux environments.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- AS/BS Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
