Our 24/7 operations center requires a detail-oriented professional to ensure seamless system performance during off-hours. You will be the critical link maintaining uptime and resolving complex technical issues without supervision.
Responsibilities
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health, network traffic, and application performance to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues reported by internal users or external clients.
- Security Management: Implement and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive data during vulnerable night hours.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the day shift team to hand off critical issues and provide status updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting (TCP/IP).
- Reliability: Must be highly reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a quiet environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
