Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and medical equipment during overnight shifts
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocol
- Document patient records accurately and in real-time
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff
- Maintain sterile and organized patient care areas
- Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance
Qualifications
- Current CNA or EMT certification required
- 1+ years night shift healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification mandatory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid California driver's license
