Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records (EHR) with precision
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance, hygiene support, and wound care
- Administer medications and treatments under physician protocols
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient transitions

Qualifications
- Active CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience
- BLS/CPR certification (must be current)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with EHR systems (EPIC preferred)
- New York State license in good standing
