Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to medical emergencies during overnight hours
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and day shift teams for seamless continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant patient care environment
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Current Oregon CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year of overnight healthcare experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
