Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and administering medications as directed.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidential records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergencies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Monitor patients' conditions throughout the night and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a night shift role.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
