Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Monitor system logs and performance metrics to identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Resolve hardware and software malfunctions efficiently to ensure minimal downtime.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the on-call engineering team during shift handovers.
- Conduct routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
