Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets and inquiries during the night shift window.
- Perform nightly data backups, system integrity checks, and database maintenance.
- Resolve technical issues for remote clients with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Document all nightly operations, incidents, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the day-shift team to ensure zero service disruption.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks on data entry and customer communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, data entry, or IT operations.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
