Responsibilities
- Resolve Inquiries: Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to our logistics platform and shipping systems.
- Document Interactions: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM database.
- Process Management: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and quality assurance standards are met.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and peers to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.
- Feedback Loop: Identify recurring customer issues and suggest process improvements to the support team lead.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or a related field.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with a proven customer-first mindset.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
