Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and software problems for our client base.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior support team and follow through to ensure closure.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on system changes.
- Adhere to all company policies, security protocols, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
