Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Log and categorize support tickets in our CRM system with high accuracy.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the day shift team when necessary.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associateās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be available to work exclusively on night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.).
